PROTECTIVE FUNCTION
The products meet the requirements of the European standard EN 149:2001, filtering half masks for protection against particles. The performance tests of this standard include filter passage, flammability, respiratory resistance and total leakage to the inside. A complete copy of EN 149:2001 can be obtained from your national standardisation authority. In addition, the products have been subjected to the load test according to EN 1327 4-7 (test methods with paraffin oil) and meet the corresponding requirements of EN 149:2001+A1:2009.
THE FILTER SYSTEM
The nano filter works through mechanics (interception, diffusion and impaction). Large to very fine particles are blocked and trapped. The substances used to manufacture the filter are harmless according to the REACH regulation. (see safety data sheet) The mask is further Dolomite Clogging test certified.
o1 Outer layer – PET/PP/EVA/PVDE: to provide nice appearence and softness for nice touch. Allergy tested.
02 Middle layer – PET/PP/EVA/PVDE: NANO Tech layer providing optimal high air pearmibility yet meeting the high filter efficiency ACC to FFP3, and far better, due to Nano rather than meltblown. Allergy tested.
03 Inner layer – PET/PP/EVA/PVDE: to provide softness towards the face. Allergy tested.
